MP3 decoder in DSP

we are impleting the MP3 decoding algorithm in DSP processor... currently we are using ADSP 2181 which is a old processor...

we are referring the standard ISO 11172-3 code for MP3 algorithm. so we are facing problem with the code optimisation.

 

so i hope to get help for the code implementation and optimisation
