The project is used for protection of power and distribution transformers done with the help of power line communication implemented with PLL and tone decoder. Microcontroller is associated with PC for effective monitoring and perfect Automation. In our project we are monitoring eight parameters. If any faulty condition occurs in transformer it can be found out from the substation and the transformer can be tripped from the substation by using PC.
